SHIPPING POLICY

At The 3D Crystal, every personalized crystal is carefully prepared, inspected, securely packaged, and shipped with the goal of delivering your memories safely and on time.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order and all required customization information have been received.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time may begin processing on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, unusually high order volumes, or when we need additional information from the customer. Delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped and do not include production or processing time.
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
The 3D Crystal provides free standard shipping on every crystal order delivered to an eligible address within the United States.
Free U.S. shipping applies:
• To every crystal style and size
• With no minimum purchase requirement
• Regardless of the order value
• To eligible residential and commercial addresses displayed at checkout
Available delivery methods and estimated transit times are displayed during checkout. Expedited or special-delivery services, when available, may require an additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The 3D Crystal ships to eligible international destinations displayed during checkout.
International shipping charges are calculated automatically based on factors that may include:
• Destination country and postal code
• Product and package weight
• Package dimensions
• Available carrier and delivery service
• Number of products in the shipment
Available international carrier services, prices, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment. International shipping is not free unless expressly stated as part of a promotion.
CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other government or carrier fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless checkout specifically states otherwise. Customs authorities or the shipping carrier may collect these charges before or upon delivery.
The 3D Crystal does not control customs processing times or determine the amount of duties, taxes, or import fees. Customers should contact their local customs authority for additional information before ordering.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery dates and transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by Shopify or the applicable shipping carrier. They are not guaranteed unless the selected service expressly includes a delivery guarantee.
Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of The 3D Crystal.
